Oh no, not that movie. This is what we thought when we decided to arrange this song. We found it interesting as a melody and wanted to test our skills on it (complete with a return of our beloved children’s choir), but as neither of us is the type of person who cries to movies such as Titanic, we decided to perpetrate the crime of changing the universally-known lyrics, and make this song about childbirth instead. Because we could. And because we found it easier to sing and play about such a theme with emotion.

Lyrics:
Everyone is turning
Towards you, surrounds you
Finally you’ve arrived, welcome
Here it’s bright and noisy
Yet somehow, so cozy
That’s your great entrance place, welcome
Soar, rise
Up high in the skies
In these arms carrying you, welcome
You’re free
You’re free
To hear, smell and see
Family scent in the air
You sure are welcome there, home
So much waiting for you
What pleases, what gladdens
Sunshine and songs to sing along
Sometimes you’ll hear fights too
It’s called hate, it happens
But it never lasts for too long
Don’t cry
Just give it a try
Sure it’s painful to breathe, yet welcome
It’s fine
Feel hope down your spine
Family scent in the air
You sure are welcome there, home
Soar, rise
And open your eyes
Everyone’s waiting for you, welcome
You’re free
You’re free
To choose who you’ll be
Feel the most heartwarming glare
You sure are welcome there, home
